EZY-TURN #12 Gate Valve Seat Sealant and Body Fill Lubricant is a “peanut butter” type product designed for use with expanding gate type valves incorporating body cavities and for specific plug valve designs. It contains inhibitors to protect against the corrosive effects of H2S and rust generating chemicals. Recommended for use in applications where a hydrocarbon resistant sealant is required. EZY-TURN #12 is formulated from a blend of vegetable oils and polymer to ensure reduced torque requirements for valve operation while providing a leakproof seal. Can be used in direct contact with both gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons. EZY-TURN #12 is designed to be injected into the valve body using a high-pressure lubricator. Ideal general-purpose sealant.
