EZY-TURN H2S is a premium gate valve sealant formulated from a unique blend of vegetable and synthetic oils thickened with silica and contains special additives to provide excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbon fluids to temperatures as high as 350°F (177°C). This black, tacky compound is extremely adhesive to all metal surfaces while being both waterproof and corrosion resistant. EZY-TURN H2S is injected into the gate valve by a high-pressure lubricator at temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C) to protect the precision gate from scoring or galling while significantly reducing torque requirements for normal operation.
