TRI-Logic VG68 is a premium quality slideway lubricant designed to be used as part of the ROCOL TRI-Logic system. The unique formulation (World patent rights pending) negates the detrimental effects on cutting fluid emulsions usually associated with slideway oils. Rather than acting as a food source for bacteria and fungi, therefore promoting growth, TRI-Logic VG68 resists degradation and actively reinforces the properties of TRI-Logic cutting fluids. TRI-Logic VG68 is formulated to provide excellent lubrication and corrosion protection for machine tool slideway systems. The highly tenacious oil film prevents metal to metal contact, reduces wear and prevents stick-slip. The ROCOL TRI-Logic system is a revolutionary approach to maximising cutting fluid sump life, minimising fluid disposal and reducing costs. For optimum performance TRI-Logic VG68 slideway oil should be used with a TRI-Logic cutting fluid and, where applicable, TRI-Logic RTD tapping fluid.
