Shell Alvania 0854 is a Lithium base grease specially designed for use in steering rack and pinion gears of manual as well as hydraulic supported steering systems in different types of vehicles. A special additives combination provides low friction at slow motion as well as extreme pressure protection. Alvania 0854 has excellent low temperature properties to ensure steering rack function down to –35C.
