At EVO Lube Supply we go out of our way to ensure that you are satisfied with our complete line of petroleum products, rust preventative coatings, and application equipment. Although we go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction, Evo Lube Supply understands that there may be reasons from time to time that could cause the need for a product return. If you must return a product, please click here for RMA and we will respond to you in a timely manner.
These are EVO Lube Supply’s (“Us”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the EVO Lube Supply website.
The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process. When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.
The product must be shipped back within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. The container/product is unopened and in "factory new" condition. Any merchandise missing the original packaging cannot be returned.
Conditions of Return:

• All returned merchandise sent to our facilities in unopened, factory new condition that includes a return authorization number will be honored as a return.

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Processing returns using a credit card are subject to a 3.0 % fee

• We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

• Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded.

Products that are received by EVO Lube Supply™ in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your cost and expense.

• Any product not purchased from EVO Lube Supply™.

• Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging.

• Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

• Any product that exhibits physical damage.
